All students completing a master’s program or a certificate program are required to submit an application for graduation.

Applications for graduation will now be submitted via SIS.

February candidates must file an application by September 15th.

May and August candidates must file an application by January 31st

August candidates may contact the PHPD Registrar to manually apply to graduate after the above listed deadline.

Attention MS/MPH Students: Please complete a transcript reconciliation form and submit to the PHPD registrar once you've applied to graduate.

Attention BA/MPH Students: The 4 courses from your undergraduate Tufts transcript should already appear as transfer courses on your PHPD transcript. If they do not, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

Graduating Student Exit Survey

In order to continue to improve our programs, we ask that all graduating students complete an exit survey. It is critically important that students provide feedback so that we can set priorities for future improvements. Students will receive a link from the Office of Institutional Research approximately two weeks prior to the end of your final semester to access the survey. All responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
