Graduation

All students completing their program are required to submit an application for graduation. Applications for graduation are submitted via SIS. Deadlines and instructions will be communicated to students by the Graduate Programs Registrar.

Attention JD/MPH & MS/MPH Students: Please complete the appropriate transcript reconciliation form, obtain all necessary signatures, and submit to the Registrar's Office. Your graduation application will not be considered complete without this form.

In order to continue to improve our programs, we ask that all graduating students complete an exit survey. It is critically important that students provide feedback so that we can set priorities for future improvements. Students will receive a link from the Office of Institutional Research approximately two weeks prior to the end of your final semester to access the survey. All responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
