Biography

Justin St. Phillips received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management. Justin joined Tufts Medical Center in 2015, as the Director of Ambulatory/Specialty Pharmacy Services. He also held the position of Assistant Director of Performance Improvement in the Quality and Patient Safety Department. He is currently the Executive Director of Ambulatory Operations. In this role Justin is responsible for operations across 65 clinics that conduct 400,000 patient visits per year. His current focus is on patient access, patient experience and performance improvement across both adult and pediatric clinics. Before joining Tufts Medical Center, Justin worked at Mass General Brigham (formerly Partners Healthcare) in the Population Health Management department and Fenway Health as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy.
