Biography
Jeanine A. Carlson, MD has been practicing internal medicine for over 25 years. She earned her BA at the University of Chicago and her MD at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at Montefiore Hospital in New York, and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Carlson was Chief of Medicine at St. Margaret’s Hospital for Women from 1984-1993. She is Board Certified in both internal medicine and nephrology. In addition to practicing internal medicine, Dr. Carlson continues to be an active nephrologist, with particular expertise in the medical complications of pregnancy. She is currently Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine.
