Confront the Growing Challenges of Pain

The Tufts University Pain Research, Education and Policy (PREP) program is a first-of-its-kind graduate program that takes an interprofessional approach to pain in research, clinical, psychosocial and population-based contexts.  The PREP program prepares you to tackle some of today’s most urgent public health issues head on, including opioid addiction and treatment for chronic pain.

PREP is a flexible program geared to both full-time students and busy working professionals interested in part-time study. 

About the Master of Science in Pain Research, Education and Policy

The PREP Master of Science program is a 33 credit master’s degree built on a rigorous curriculum taught by the world-class faculty of Tufts University, and delivered in classroom, video, online, and blended formats. During your time in the program, you’ll apply what you learn in the program by completing a capstone project targeted to your specific career experience and objectives. You’ll build skills and professional experience that prepare you for success.
