Enhance Your Skills in Digital Health Communication

The explosion of digital media has created new demand for professionals who are not only effective communicators, but also adept at leveraging new and emerging technologies. Our Certificate in Digital Health Communication gives working professionals the knowledge and skills they need to excel in the fast-moving field of health communication, along with the flexibility to learn on a part-time basis.

Through five core courses - Digital Strategies in Health Communication, Writing About Health and Medicine, Health Literacy, Social Media and Health, and Mobile Health Design - you’ll build your knowledge of communication fundamentals, while also learning how to take advantage of mobile, social media, and other digital platforms to create and execute successful communication campaigns.

The certificate is ideal for professionals looking to advance in a wide range of fields, including consulting and public relations, hospitals and healthcare systems, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, government, and public health.

Courses start in January, May, July and September.

We also offer a range of professional development opportunities including courses in Social Marketing, Medical Journalism and Digital Strategies for Health Communication.
