This networking event brings together alumni and students to continue to build the Tufts PHPD alumni community while also helping current PHPD students learn more about alumni career paths. The event offers both a structured networking component, and an open networking reception.

Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Information Session

The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship is a one year interdisciplinary, mentored fellowship program focused on health-related community service and leadership development. Prospective Fellows should be prepared to partner with a local community agency and design a community service project that seeks to provide direct service to an underserved population, focusing on addressing health and/or the social determinants of health in the populations served. Health Sciences Career Fair, location TBA

This event, open to the Tufts Health Sciences community (Friedman School of Nutrition Science, and Policy; Sackler School of Biomedical Sciences; and the School of Medicine, Public Health and Professional Degree Programs) brings together recruiters from the public, private and nonprofit sectors to recruit students for diverse opportunities in health care. How to Negotiate Your First Job

This interactive workshop designed to help PHPD students and alumni make the most of their first post-graduate career opportunity will be conducted by Paul Levy, former president and chief executive officer of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and Farzana Mohamed, founder and  principal of a consulting practice that advises organizations on change management, employee engagement, and process improvements.
