Student/Alumni Networking Event & Reception

This first annual networking event brings together alumni and students to continue to build the Tufts PHPD alumni community while also helping current PHPD students learn more about alumni career paths. The event offers both a structured networking component, and an open networking reception.

Physician Assistant (PA) Career Fair

This event brings together recruiters from a variety of established clinical settings (e.g. Fenway Health, Cape Cod Healthcare, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, US Navy) to recruit from our current PA graduating class. Log in to Career Connector (CC) to register.

Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Information Session
The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship is a one year interdisciplinary, mentored fellowship program focused on health-related community service and leadership development. Prospective Fellows should be prepared to partner with a local community agency and design a community service project that seeks to provide direct service to an underserved population, focusing on addressing health and/or the social determinants of health in the populations served. Public Health & Nutrition Career Expo

12:00 - 2:00 p.m., Nonprofit Center, 89 South Street, 2nd Floor, Boston
This event, open to all PHPD and Friedman students, brings together recruiters from the public, private and nonprofit sectors to recruit students for diverse opportunities in public health and nutrition. How to Negotiate Your First Job

3:00 - 5:00 p.m., M & V Conference Room 102
This interactive workshop designed to help PHPD students and alumni make the most of their first post-graduate career opportunity will be conducted by Paul Levy, former president and chief executive officer of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and Farzana Mohamed, founder and  principal of a consulting practice that advises organizations on change management, employee engagement, and process improvements.
