The healthcare field is experiencing ever-growing compliance requirements from various governments and regulatory agencies. Medical practices increasingly need someone who can develop, implement, and manage the functions of a compliance department. Healthcare compliance certification addresses this demand.
Tufts University School of Medicine's Regulation of Healthcare courses prepare students to sit for the AAPC's Certified Professional Compliance Offer (CPCOTM) certification exam. AAPC's certifications are nationally recognized by employers, medical societies, and government organizations. These non-credit courses are appropriate for health care practitioners, lawyers, and administrators with or without experience in health care compliance, or for individuals seeking more information about new healthcare compliance regulations.
